This is on public property, on the street side of the sidewalk. It is not located on the "sculpture."
Whenever I walk by this place I always think, "Someone should put a geocache here." I decided to stop waiting for someone else to do it and place one here myself.
The difficulty level is where it is, because it is a high foot traffic area. Be very stealth-like if doing this one during the day...lots of Muggles.
