Go West, young man ... Challenge Mystery Cache
retiredprof: In light of geocaching's recent changes to the publishing rules, I am archiving all 150 of my challenge caches. I am a retired psychology professor, not a computer programmer. I am simply unable to comply with the new geochecker rules. I am sad that I have to do this. For those who have already begun any of my challenge caches, please note that you can still log archived caches. If you have any problems with this decision, please contact the geocaching authorities so that your suggestions may be considered.

The cache is hidden along Hwy 20 about five miles west of Yuba City, you can drive right to it. Be sure to note the important logging requirements below.
************LOGGING REQUIREMENTS************
Geocaching is certainly a directional game. We are often referred to one of the four main points of the compass. Your task is to find 25 caches with the word "west" in the title. The word "west" must stand alone, no plurals or possessives, and do not use words such as "western," "westward," "westerly," "northwest," "southwest," or the abbreviation "w." See my examples below.
Do not use more than two caches from a series, do not use locationless or event caches, and all the caches you find must have been placed before 11-1-11. There is no time limit involved concerning when you find the requisite caches, you may already have found them. When logging this cache, list your cache-finds as shown below. And remember to heed this historical advice from the 19th century...go west, young man, go west...
