[DE] Die Vordere Höhi ist ein beliebtes Wanderziel am Ammler Höhenweg. Sie liegt am Uebergang vom Walenseegebiet ins Toggenburg.
[EN] "Vordere Höhi" is a pass between the Walensee region and Toggenburg situated at the "Ammler Höhenweg", a popular hiking trail.

[DE] Als Ausgangspunkt (sowohl für öV-Reisende als auch mit dem Auto) bietet sich Arvenbühl ob Amden an. Von hier aus sind auf einer einfachen Wanderung oder Biketour 250 Höhenmeter zu überwinden.
Der PET-Rohling liegt in der Umgebung des Kreuzes im Moor-Gebiet.
Im Winter ist die Vordere Höhi über gut unterhaltene Winterwanderwege erreichbar, und auch der Cache sollte das ganze Jahr über auffindbar sein.

[EN] You may start your hike in Arvenbühl (see waypoint) which is reachable by car or bus. An easy hike or bike tour with a difference in altitude of 250m will bring you to this nice view point.
Hiking trails to Vordere Höhi are maintained during winter and the PET-tube should be retrievable in winter as well.
