Y Here? Because it's in view of the new Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA. It's rated 2 because of the muggle factor. If anyone's watching from the windows of the YMCA building, they can see you. Also this is a popular place for hard working journalists to grab a smoke. Your stealth will help preserve a badly needed cache in this area. NO SWAG PLEASE!
