The Sultanate of Oman is blessed with endless beaches of great beauty. No wonder that in the Capital Area of Oman many of the best hotels have been built in prime locations on the beach. However, there is more than enough space for the local population as well, and on evenings, week-ends, and national holidays the beaches are full of people enjoying the fresh sea breezes.
This cache is placed near to one of Muscat's famous hotels, offering zen-inspired tranquility in keeping with its East Asian affiliation. The beach itself stretches for many miles on either side and on a clear day the broad sweep of the coastline can be followed as far as the horizon.
This cache is placed (just) outside the hotel grounds, so no need to disturb the hotel guests. Please use the required stealth when retrieving the cache in view of the many muggles that frequent this beach. When replacing do so with utmost care in the same way as you found it.
