The coordinates listed above do NOT show the cache location. It's just a good place to park. This two-part multi is located on a section of the Victor Hiking Trails. It's a pleasant hike of roughly one mile in length. The final is roughly 50 feet from a trail, but you won't have to do any serious bushwacking to get to it.

The first waypoint is hidden at:

where Fn is the output of the circuit below when n is applied at the input. You will have to convert the inputs into 3 digit binary numbers and then convert the 4 digit binary outputs back to decimal numbers.
