This is a Gr-8 place for a picnic. The lookout was closed when I was there but you can still climb half way up the tower. The view is amazing. When looking north, bear in mind that you are probably looking in to Lebanon…
The cache is 10 meters off the road and about 100 meters form the tower. In is a plastic container with a black lid.
