Geocache Description:

A nice walk along the muddy trail of Poplar Tree Park. There's a large mud patch before you get to GZ. You may want to follow the trail to the left before you get to the mud patch.

Poplar Ford Park is a new large park owned by Fairfax County Park Authority. Within the last year, they've created a parking area, which is the only parking area in which you can directly access the park. The gravel parking area can probably accommodate up to 6 cars. Many of the trails are frequented by horse riders, and have subsequently become very muddy. Please come prepared for the possibility of getting mud on your boots and the bottom of your pants.

NOTICE: Please be respectful of the posted park hours. If you enter the park after hours you are trespassing. If you are stopped you can be ticketed or arrested and will put the future of geocaching
in the parks in jeopardy
