Geocache Description:

A micro hidden near a memorial at the entrance of the Vermont Veterans Cemetery. The area may be busy with visitors, please be respectful. Please, No Night Caching!!

The Vermont Global War on Terror Memorial was dedicated at the Vermont Veterans Cemetery on Veterans Day, Thursday, Nov. 11 2010 in a moving ceremony in honor of the fallen heros in Randolph Center, VT.

With its carved images of falling maple leaves, a rifle-toting citizen soldier and the state Capitol, a war monument has taken shape under the hand of granite sculptor Ken Maurice and has Vermont written all over it.
