If the cache owner wishes to abandon the cache, they should:
- Use the Archive option to retire the cache and make the area available for other caches
- Retrieve any placed containers/physical elements that may still in place
If the cache owner intends to keep the cache in the game, they should:
- Post ongoing status updates on the cache page using a Write Note log
- Confirm when a maintenance visit has been completed using an Owner Maintenance log
- Use the Enable option when it has been confirmed the cache is ready to be found
A Reviewer may Archive this cache if the cache owner does not post an update within 30 days.
