This cache is not a usual hide and thus the difficulty rating. It can be classified as a drive-by. The cache contains a log only and you will need a writing implement to sign the log. Please replace as found, enjoy the views at ground zero and on the way back down the hill.
From ground zero, you can see views:
A: The towers associated with GC17J5Z "No Red Herring(s) Back Here"; a magnificent cache by Swampy (if you haven't done this walk, I recommend you do);
B: Mt. Wellington and Sleeping Beauty.
Don't be too hasty on your trip back to the Huon Highway as your descent offers magnificent views of
C: The Snowy Range and the Ranelagh area.
D: Huonville and the Huon River.
Today, the views were great but it was a little overcast and would have been more specky on a sunnier day. A camera will be a bonus!
The road to the cache is relatively narrow, so please drive carefully. A turning circle is available at the top (end) of the public road. Best to park here while you search out the cache.
