This is a cammo sandwich locknlock.
Check the way point coordinates for the proper entrance to this area. If you have to walk around the fenced area, starting from the sobey's parking lot, walk it Counter-clockwise!
I did a full walk around this area and the way point provided appears to be the only way in. Easily 15 minutes searching for the way in (I didn't want to climb!).
There is some garbage nearby, use your judgement when searching for this cache I did hide this with my bare hands! :)
I am going to bring a garbage bag next time I go check up on this.
