A new trail on the McNair Conservation Easement deserves a new cache. Short walk of 0.25 mile, hopping over a couple of small streams and one short but steep up and down. Cache was moved slightly so hint has been changed (6/29/12)
Cache is a camoed medium size plastic lockable container. Contents start out with lots of plastic frogs...they want out and into the pond!....and a few other plastic critters.
You can park on East Madison Rd or drive in to the trailhead. You could bring a kayak too! Room for more geocaches as the trail goes around the pond and comes out at the bottom of Lead MIne Rd, then walk back on Rt. 153. This would be a good spot for birding in the spring.
