Our best agent, Secret Agent Stealthman, has uncovered a plan to destroy BBQ and ice cream from the world. I need your help. Man can't live without BBQ and ice cream! Stealthman left the plans on an island, and a secret message. Can you help me decode the message and find the plans? We're counting on you, or we will have to call in Inspector Gadget and his dog, Brain!

You are looking for a micro plan capsule sitting on the ground in beautiful downtown Kirkwood. The cache is resting on a small island of dirt and plants, next to parking. A thin string connects it to something. You can help the world by being a stealth-person and finding this as casually as possible. If you are lucky you will be able to park very close by.
You'll be in a high muggle area, so try to be as stealth-y as possible. Many muggles will really be enemy agents. The cache is on a little island. If you need help, find agent 86. He will be dressed as a vendor, and for a few dollars he'll give you ... something. For the sake of national security, after reading agent 86's message proceed to eat it. (Clue here, choose your vendor wisely.)
Oh, and keep an eye open for enemy agents wearing orange and black. (I wonder if this is why stealthman gets all of the "lookers"?) Nobody said enemy agents were sharp dressers, but they are dangerous. I've heard the locals say if you encounter one of these agents you should toss a football at them and they won't know what to do. I'm not so sure this is correct.

If you've never been to downtown Kirkwood you might spend some time walking around the downtown area. There are several other nice caches nearby, and lots of other things to see.
The city of Kirkwood was founded in 1853, and is named for James Pugh Kirkwood, builder of the Pacific Railroad through the town. It covers 9 square miles and has a population of over 27,000 residents. As the first planned suburb west of the Mississippi River, and an early railroad commuter suburb, Kirkwood owes its very existence to the railroad, and still has the beautiful historic train station located in the heart of the City. Built in 1893, the station is still operating today and is a favorite of railfan photographers. The downtown business district has many restaurants, shops and the Kirkwood Farmers’ Market. Every year the city hosts their annual Greentree Festival, and the city is home to an aquatic center, ice rink, many parks and The Magic House. In Ebworths park there is a wonderful Frank Lloyd Wright house. The Greentree Festival is accompanied by the Greentree Parade – a tradition for over 50 years. The Turkey Day Football Game between Webster Groves and Kirkwood high schools has taken place every Thanksgiving day at noon, since 1907. The Kirkwood Pioneers play the Webster Groves Statesmen and the winner gets the Frisco Bell.
You are looking for a micro, attached by a thin string to something. This new location can't be reached by someone in a wheelchair. Sorry, but they keep removing ground cover from this area. Enjoy this cache and your visit to the Kirkwood area.
