I decided to place this cache as there is a nice view out to sea and when you look to the left you can see Ramsgate Harbour. Its a nice area to have a walk and take in some views and fresh air. The area can get quite busy with muggles walking or walking their dogs. Stealth maybe needed. Please return cache as found. Thankyou
