Geocache Description:

A traditional cache on the Elgin Trail.

The Elgin Trail runs 41 km from Port Stanley on Lake Erie to Southdel Bourne, following Kettle Creek and Dodds Creek, country roads for several kilometres, and continues through the Parsons Tract off the 4th Line, goes over the 401, and crosses a forest next to the Green Lane landfill site. The trail is well marked with white blazes, but is not well-used, so it is overgrown at times. The cache is named after my sister Laurie.

Parking is at the trailhead on Fourth Line, N 42° 47.967, W 081° 19.700, or at the trailhead on Mill Rd., N 42° 47.544, W 081° 20.670.

Congrats to suzieqm for FTF!
