Small rust colored tin, original muggled. Located in Veteran's Memorial Park. Easy parking nearby. Short walk.

Launched 2nd time as original muggled. Lots of little mugglers around. Be stealthy. No need to be on very top easy access from level below. (You can't see Russia but a long way & everyone in park can see you!)
