This little cache is tucked away at the back of a very large park just west of the Tian Tong Yuan area.
After a nice walk through the park, you'll be able to find the cache spying on the local light rail line that passes by the edge of the park.
You'll need to navigate a locally made but very sturdy ladder to access the cache (see picture).
Do be careful to watch where you're standing when the subway train passes, just in case some object might get blown over or through the fence.
