Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in honor of my grandfather Joseph Lechner near his final resting spot. This is the church I attended as a child growing up. The cache is not located at the coordinates. The coordinates listed will take you to his grave stone. You will need to use the information on his head stone to determine the actual resting spot of the cache. Please be respectful of the grave sites. Cache contains only a logbook and please replace exactly as found. Thank you.

The cache is located at the following:
N 39 55.ACB
W 76 08.CDE

A=the second number in the day he passed away.
B=add one to the last digit of the year his wife was born.
C=last digit in the year he was born
D=B
E=last digit in the year he died

My grandfather believed in the story that pennies come from heaven. They say when an angel misses you, they toss a penny down from heaven. I often find pennies in the least likely of spots and during the roughest of times and am often reminded of my grandfather. This is not required but if you have a penny with you please place it on his head stone and he will appreciate it and it may bring you luck and help you to know what your looking for hint hint.
