This is the 7th of my hides along West Valley Highway. This stretch of roadway was begging for hides and I am happy to oblige.
A chain reaction is a chain of events where one or more events in the chain
causes additional reaction in an earlier stage of the chain. It results in a self-amplification of the chain of events. GeoCaching Cache is a great example of a Chain Reaction.
Link One
A cacher wants to hide something (how hard or easy).
Link Two
They go a-hunting for a neat (or sometimes a not so neat) location.
Link Three
Check for close by caches (you always do this right?)
Link Four
A cache is build/made/design or (gasp!) bought.
Link Five
Cached is hidden (no one is looking right?)
Link Six
Geocaching Form filled out and hopefully made interesting or informative
Link Seven
With approved review it gets published
Link Eight.
Plant it and they will come - Right?
So with this hide I hope I've set off a Chain Reaction!
This one is a bit evil.
It is in sight.
Maybe the hardest of mine to find yet. but I lowered the star.
Note: there is an inherent closing issue with the device. Please use care when replacing the log. If the closures doesn't closed all the way...back it down and then re-close.
GeoCaching . . . now a reason to go down that road!!
Geocache hiders sometime go through a great deal of planning to place their caches. Often the only feedback on whether a finder liked or disliked any aspect of the cache is the log. Single word, acronym, or emoticon logs may be easy when you have a lot of caches to log in finding the cache and is understandable....I do it myself sometimes.
The more feed back you provide the more likely hiders will strive to provide quality caches. Please keep this in mind when entering your log. I certainly enjoy reading your comments and is a positive reinforcement to provide different kinds of hides Thanks for your ear.
