Geocache Description:

A nice hiking trail into Madoc used by local ATVs and dirt bikes. The cache is located near the west end of Acreman Road. There are old signs that say no trespassing, but the cache isn't on private property. There is an easier way to get to the cache off of the first trail on the left. The cache used to be a Planters Peanut tin (hence the cache name) but did not survive its first winter. I have upgraded the container to an ammo box.

There is room for trade items and a pen is provided to sign the log. Please make sure cache is replaced upright so water doesn't get inside. Enjoy!

Congrats to jjnewman for FTF!!
