The Lone Tree Hill conservation area in Belmont was recently opened. We had fun hiking the trails with the whole family and set up a 3-stage multi along the way. The terrain is fairly flat and the hike is only a little over a half mile each way, but some of the hides may not be so easy to see and perhaps to reach, hence the higher D/T rating. Don't do anything you don't feel comfortable doing - some folks may not be able to do this cache on their own. If you think that might apply to you, bring a friend along. Children might be helpful, too (ours were in setting it up).
While stage 1 of the cache is very close to Concord Ave and there are entrances to the area from there, the recommended parking is off of Mill St, across the street from our other cache, GC209KG. Follow the sign to the trailhead, which is across the street from the Rock Meadow area entrance.
All stages are winter-friendly. Congratulations to shapstic for an early morning FTF!
