Geocache Description:

Watch for that last step, Doc... it's a Doozy! So is the view!

At first I wanted to name this cache after a quote by Bugs Bunny.

But my research proved that in a few cartoons during the 1930s and 40s Bugs Bunny actually says...
"It's a Lulu!"

The origin of the American slang word "doozy", meaning something excellent, powerful or extrordinary, is possibly from the luxury automobile company Duesenberg's nickname, "Duesy". The term "It's a Duesy!" was used in print advertising during the 1920s.

The more recent use of the line is by "Ned, Ned Ryerson?!" from the movie "Groundhog Day" just after Phil steps into the puddle of ice water. Yep, he says "It's a doozy!"

Still, I'm gonna credit Bugs Bunny for my inspiration.

We always enjoyed coming to Riverview Park with our boys. Countless hours of fun made the short drive from Quincy worth the trip. If you are fortunate enough to be here when a train comes across the bridge, you can watch it disappear into the hillside a couple hundred feet to the south.

This cache is located at one of several river overlooks in Riverview Park. The container is a nano. It is located in the most likely spot for a nano. BYOP

A Doozy of a view!
