Terrain paved sidewalk wheelchair accessible. Lots of parking. Difficulty 1.5 not sure you can get it from a chair. Depends on the person.
Coordinates are from my iPhone 4 with 5.1 software.
The size of this cache is large enough to hold many items, but small enough to keep Mr. Hankey happy. This is #1 in the Mr. Hankey series. Permission granted from land owner. No need to go into any yards. I put this cache here because it is on the same street as Community Days in Follansbee, WV. It is one of the best locations to watch the fireworks. The house on this property was built in 1926. You don't see many built like this anymore. If you take something please replace with equal value so the cache can be kept Clean, TB, & Kid friendly. The cache will be monitored & checked by the people living in the house. Please watch out for muggles. Hopefully this will become a bug & swag hang out.
