Här fanns en gränssten när jag var liten. (Ibland kunde jag få sitta på stenen då jag följde mormor och morfar till bussen.) En gränssten markerar kommungränsen och det var gräns mellan Tyresö Kommun, Nacka Kommun och Stockholms Stad.
Gränsstenen som är ett fornminne har flyttats en gång härifrån till Tyresövägen. Det har dock inte varit många som sett den finna gränsstenen då hastigheten på Tyresövägen är hög. Nu har där även byggts ett bullerplank som skymmer stenen.
Det kan bli aktuellt att flytta gränsstenen igen men för att få genomföra flytten måste Länsstyrelsen godkänna det.
Gränsstenen som fornminne representerar den gräns som fanns då stenen restes och vid en flytt är det egentligen inte dagens kommungräs som är det intressanta utan den gamla.

Here was a boundary stone when I was little. (Sometimes I could sit on the stone when I followed my grandparents to the bus.) A boundary stone marks the municipal and it was the border between Tyresö Municipality, the Municipality of Nacka and Stockholm City.
This Boundary Stone is an ancient monument and has been moved once from here to Tyresövägen.
However, not many see the stone today because the high speed on Tyresövägen and the noise barrier how has been built.
This may involve moving the boundary stone again, but to implement the move the County Board need to approve it.
