Geocache Description:

Occupying an area of 33 600 square metres, the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade (the Promenade) is situated at the southern tip of West Kowloon with its entrance at the junction of Austin Road West and Nga Cheung Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The Promenade has been partially open for public use since 17 September 2005. With the completion of the enhancement project recently, the Promenade is fully open to the public from 1 February 2007 onwards.

This is one of the best location to see sunset in Kowloon, especially in Winter.

It open from 6 am to 11 pm daily.

Container is a small plastic box, it is always from the old one more than 20m.
The old one previous cache http://coord.info/GCTM1M had a notoriously high trackable missing rate but I think I hide it better this time.
However, GZ is still close to a playground, many muggles will go to play and see sunset, so I suggest you go there in morning or at night. Geocachers please decide whether you will put TBs in or not by your self. I think time will tell us this cache safe or not.

Please bring your own pens.

Coordinate should be spot on, so trust your machine~
