This should be an easy Park N' Grab, depending on the time of day and the amount of muggle activity. It was placed with the permission of the local management.
The cache container is small and contains a few international coins and the log. Bring your own pencil. Please be careful when you replace it because, if dropped, it cannot be retrieved.
