You know, I was thinking about Wally, and remembered my brother's pet plastic alligator named Wally. So there's the name explanation.
This was the area a previous cache was in. I hated that there might be one less cache in the area, so I replaced it and made it a little harder. Hopefully it will foil some of the muggles.
