Drive In Parkway - DIP

You probably know the question, why do we drive in a parkway and park in a driveway. This micro cache is in a nice area I ran in a number of years in the past. Parking is easy and the walk is pretty. I'll admit I'm wondering why something is still there or standing. I am amazed!
