Elliotts4: The new signs at this location are both near roads and within freshly landscaped areas, so I'm going to archive rather than replace. I'll ponder if there is another locale nearby that would fit the "Sign of Change" designation...

We've lived in the valley less than 15 years, and we've seen four restaurants (and one major fire) come and go in this building. Since it's currently vacant, you barely need to leave your car to score this cache. Have fun!
Update May 2013: There is definitely activity happening here, so it looks like we're in for more change! I've heard Panera Bread...
