A bit of a get together at The White Horse, Emley, Huddersfield,
between 3 - 7pm on Sunday 11th December 2011, which co-incidentally
is Spud & Studs (Daz) birthday. The pub do a variety of meals

There will be a series of 37 caches published on the day, starting
and finishing at The White Horse, Emley. The new series is about 9
miles long through some beautiful country side and should take
between 5 - 7 hours, and given the time of year I would strongly
advise making the most of the limited daylight hours. Parking is
available in a small car park opposite the pub, alternatively there
is parking in the village centre and then only a short walk down to
the pub. This is a small village with some narrow roads, so please
consider local residents when parking. The general idea is that you
come and do the new series, then attend the event. Kids and dogs
are welcome. The pub also have a restaurant and do bar meals,
please let me know how many will be eating well in advance. Please
bring a change of footwear if you're doing the walk so we're not
covering the place in mud. There will be a raffle at about 6.00pm,
and maybe a bit of a quiz, with any profits going towards a Charity
fund. This will also resolve the FTF issue. If anyone has any old
unwanted gifts that they would like to donate to the charity
raffle, please contact me with details.
