Cajun Cuisine Trail - Hot Crabmeat Dip
Cajun Cuisine Trail is a series along Hwy 14. A relatively low traffic highway. Most caches are placed directly off the highway with adequate pullover space. Please use caution if you decide to park on the shoulder.
Most if not all cache pages will include a stardard Cajun Cuisine recipe for your enjoyment.

HOT CRABMEAT DIP
Crudites:
12 oz Frozen Crab Meat
1 cup Sour Cream
6 oz Cream Cheese
2 tbs Lemon Juice
2 tsp Horseradish
2 tbs Minced Red Pepper
*** Thaw and drain crabmeat. Set aside. Soften cream cheese. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and horseradish. Heat mixture in saucepan. Add red pepper and crabmeat. Stir over low heat till bubbly. Transfer to fondue pot or chafing dish. Keep warm. Serve with french bread cubes or crudites.
