It has been said that Travel Bug Hotels often turn into Travel Bug prisons, so this cache goes straight to the Prison stage. Referred to by inmates as "The Rock", this prison attempts to hold the trackable inmates secure until they are released by strangers. How winter-friendly this one is depends on the winter.
Incarcerate some, release some, it's up to you. No room for swag or such frivolities, those tb's are doing hard time.
