The Oval Office

The Oval Office, located in the West Wing of the White House, is the official office of the President of the United States. You can learn more about the history of the Oval Office at this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oval_Office



The Puzzle:
As of November 2011, the above picture shows all American Presidents. One president has been replaced by another person that carried out a job in the Oval Office in the past. Find out which president is missing. For symmetry reasons one president of a neighbouring country has been added as well, but he is of no relevance to the solution of this puzzle.
