Geocache Description:

Do you know the Elf Pirate Readbeard? Your kids will know him; if you don't have your own ask your small nieces and nephews.. The treasure we hid in this easy going park will make the small ones happy!

This park is near Castletroy college, Glenside estate, and Newtown Shopping Centre. The (old) Annacoty Village with omahonyd's Prince of Hurlers is more than 1km from here, about 2km driving. The park opening hours are 8am to 9pm sharp from May to September, 8am to 4.30pm sharp October to April. The park is family friendly, as it has also kids playground and skateboarding facility, dogs can be walked on lead... There is a dirty deep pond in the park that can be dangerous if you do not watch your kids..
