This is a Dead-drop with no description or hints to find.

It is very deserving the 5 rating because it is so covert a location. It is in a public area so you must also be descreet. If the location is compromised it could be plundered very easily. There is no cheat so if you cannot locate it you must log it as a no find and tell every painful detail of your hunt and only then will I email a hint to you. When you finally locate it you will be well deserving of this find.
