Geocache Description:

The posted coordinates point to a place for victories and defeats, but not the location of the cache. This cache was placed the day of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Baku where the victory went to swedish artist Loreen (so ESC 2013 will probably take place at the start-coordinates of this cache)

All of the above is irrelevant however, here is what you need to focus on for Alphabet V - Victory:
