C2Crew: deers.cry Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

cornelsius2: I ran by this cache (literally) and see that the natural covering of the hidey hole disintegrated. Looked a bit for the cache, but is gone. Time to clear the spot for a new cache. Thanks to all who have looked for this one.

Geocache Description:

You seek a PB jar.

*****Remember to write down the number from the cache for the final.*****

Welcome to the C2Crew series! The crew and I have been geocaching for about 6 years through the State Park system and Boy Scouts. However, we only learned about geocaching.com in the past year. We have had so much fun on our 900 or so logged finds this far, and wanted to start giving back. Plus we wanted to introduce ourselves to the community. The seven members of our household each planned and placed a cache to signify something about themselves. You write down the number on the log and inside the lid of the container to find the final which is my hide. Please use the bookmark list to find the other cache listings for: centaur97, correspondent.minion, james.fowl6, jojo, lu, scoutquest.sam, and the final which is cornelsius2.

You seek a PB jar.

This cache was chosen by deers.cry. She is the matriarch of the Crew. The cache is placed on the City of Stillwater Trail that leads from Lake McKusick nearly to the library. Despite leading right through residential Stillwater, this trail is scenic with hills on either side and a creek running through. Deers.cry is famous for marching the Crew through town, and this is a favorite route.

Our first logged cache was the nearby McKusick Micro #1 and the site just became available in the last few weeks from another of our early finds.

“Don’t know. I think a lot. It’s hard to keep track.”
