Geocache Description:

Ok, this time it may not be a wide spot in the road but it's certaintly a 'Y' spot. Cache is a tall rectangle Lock-n-Lock hidden in a good spot but easily accessible.

The idea 'Ridin Dirt Roads' was inspired by our friend & fellow cacher - bre7788. As all good country folk know, for a little fun and adventure, there's nuthin better on a Saturday night than jumpin in a pick-up truck & 'Ridin Dirt Roads' in the back country.

This series is meant to scratch that itch, but it also allows city dwellers an opportunity to experience the real outdoors while coating their own sedans and SUV's with a little orange country dust.

This series will take you from one end of Nickquenum dirt road to the other with both ends intersecting County Road 75 South. The name 'Nickquenum', as explained to us by the local historian who named this road - Mr Norris - is so totally appropriate for this geo-hunt. It's the term used by Creek Indian hunting parties traversing another tribe's territory.

Basically it means "we're just passing thru to hunt - we mean you no harm" - the true catch phrase of any genuine geocacher!
