Parking is easy in Craven Arms and free! The cache is on the Eastern approach to the town and parking is available in a nearby lay-by. Take care as this is sometimes a busy road. You are looking for a hanging mini container
This is one of four caches all placed at the entrances to Craven Arms, which is signposted as the Gateway to the Marches, a fascinating border area spanning England and Wales. Craven Arms is well worth a visit. An unassuming former market town with a poplation of 3,000. It forms a bustling centre for local people and contains all the necessities of modern life including a railway station, school, libray and supermarkets. It is worthwhile visiting the Museum of Lost Content in Market Street and the Secret Hills Discovery Centre (good place to park, get refreshments and let Geokids have a run about. There are picnic areas in Corvedale Road and at the Discovery Centre.
