This cache is the result of a conversation at a Meet-n-greet event
held in Bismarck in October, 2011.
I was talking to a couple of caches about various style of caching
series I had seen in other states. The types were either
Park-n-rides, Rest Area, and Cemeteries.
This one takes care of two of the three. you are looking for a
decon container. You do not have to enter the fence. Bring your own
writing stick.
