Thanks to Phantom2330 for graciously archiving his cache close by so this new cache could be placed. Plenty of parking. There is a FTF "coupon" that may be redeemed nearby.
A re-vamped road will lead you to the cache. It contains 1 geocoin, 6 trackables and SWAG in residence, to start things off. Do you think that this might be a TB/Coin hotel? Well you are right! There is a little bit of history to do with the building (1920) nearby. If you have the munchies and are thirsty from all of your caching, you could be satisfied very close by!
