This cache should be easy to find. It is only my second to hide.
It will, however, require some degree of stealth. Many, many
muggles visit this location everyday.

Wheelchairs will need help to access this cache That is
way there is an extra 0.5 on the terrain.
The extra 0.5 on the difficulty is for the amount of stealth
that is required.
