According to Wikipedia, a palindrome is a word, phrase, number or other sequence of units that can be read the same way in either direction. An example is "never odd or even". Another is the last 6 characters in the GC number for this cache. :)
This cache was placed on '11.11.1, a mini palindrome date, and the date before 2011.11.02. It is located in a small park area near some residential building, and not far from the football stadium. Since it has been muggled more than once, there is now a magnetic nano under each bench, providing more room to sign and a backup in case one disappears. Please only sign one sheet to save space.
