Geocache Description:

“I think we might be going a bridge too far.”
     - Lt. General Frederick “Boy” Browning (1896-1965)
  British military officer
A Comment to Field Marshal Montgomery on September 10, 1944, expressing doubts about the Allied plan to capture the bridge at Arnhem from the Germans as part of “Operation Market Garden.”

“A Bridge Not Quite Far Enough” (This should probably rate a 4 - 4.5 Difficulty. Treat it accordingly!!)

This is a nod to the classic WWII movie, “A Bridge Too Far”, directed by Lord Richard Attenborough (star of The Great Escape) and starring Sean Connery, Sir Laurence Olivier, Robert Redford, Gene Hackman, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Michael Caine, James Caan, Ryan O'Neal, Elliott Gould, and Maxmillian Schell. An historic telling of the real-life failed attempt to capture several bridges into Germany in a World War II campaign called Operation Market Garden.

Your mission: Capture the bridge, and log the cache by any and all means necessary. Should you fail, your government will disavow your existence and you will be on your own. An air-drop won't be necessary on this mission; I suggest going-it on-foot. Good luck, Soldier!

3/2. Part of the difficulty level is the potentially high muggle factor. There have been far too many muggled caches in Kalamazoo, as of late. Please use caution and stealth. Do not attempt this cache if there are people around. This is a delicate mission!

Cache on...

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE CACHE! PLEASE PUT IT BACK WHERE IT WAS. I DON'T WANT THE DIFFICULTY TO BE ANY MORE OR LESS THAN IT IS.

BYOP!

Each hint is more revealing than the last. If you read them all, it turns this into about an honest 2.5. Try not to spoil it.

Congratulations to Wolvercacher for the FTF.
