solve the puzzle below to determine the actual location of the
cache.
This is a re-invention of the puzzle used in a former cache called
"Tanks Alot". If you solved that one before it was archived, this
will be an easy solve for you. if you are new to caching, this
still should be easier than a lot of other puzzles.
