Geocache Description:

This cache can be hard to find due to many places at ground zero to hide it. It's not a difficulty 1, so it may take some effort!
Quick park and grab close to the curb with an unusual container. It holds about the size of a 35mm film can but is actually a little bigger than that on the outside.

This item isn't actually "seeing you" as I ripped its guts out one day when it stopped working.

Congrats to ricson917 for the First to Find. The prize was a Spider disc golf disc. There is a course at exit 102 with some more caches in Tom Tripplet Park, just head north from the course and exit 102 and head east on HWY 80, the park is two miles on your right on the other side of the tennis courts.
