Bouquet Canyon Road Pacific Crest Trail access....
You're looking for a cammo'd plastic container found just off the Pacific Crest Trail on Bouquet Canyon Road.
You'll be hiking in sage, oak, and manzanita....beautiful vistas can be seen as you ascend the trail. These are the Sierra Pelona Mountains in the Angeles NF. There's parking in the large pull-out at the trailhead on Bouquet Canyon Road. but think an Adventure Pass may be required (25 bucks at any sporting goods store and it's good for a year). The Pacific Crest Trail signs are clearly labeled on both sides of the highway so you can hike towards the south or towards the north....the PCT stretches from the California/Mexico border to the Washington/Canada border.
