BRING A PEN AND PAPER!!!
This is the link to the youtube video of this cache series. It
starts out pretty blurry but gets better:

There is a challenge associated with this series and it is
called 'the swamp dog challenge': CX31A4
The Swamp Dog series is set up to find the Swamp Dog Challenge
Cache. There are 4 Swamp Dog cahes. Each has part of the
coordinates needed to find the Swamp Dog Challenge cache. GC38A4Z,
GC38A5Z, GC38A69, GC38A6N
This one is the easiest one in the series. There is a little
brush wading involved.
Wear sturdy pants and I would recommend rubber boots. Gloves
might be helpful as well as a walking stick. I would bring along a
bottle of water too.
Ther are wild animals in the woods. Bears and cougars and such.
This is not to scare you but to make you aware. Bring a dog, make
noise, bring a friend, bear spray (if you feel like you need it),
whatever. Be prepared.
Either take someone with you finding this series of caches or
let someone know where you are at. That's common sense but many
people die every year from a lack of it.
Have fun. These caches are meant to be a little challenging. You
can do it if you set your mind to it. If you have issues walking up
and down hills and mild climbing, best just pass on these.
This cache is just a little up from a good sized swamp. This
area will get a little water once we get some rain but it is
nothing a pair of rubber boots can't handle.
These should all be avaliable and obtainable all year long.
GPS signal was low in the woods. I let my GPS average and used
the averaging feature. I put new batteries in it before I left home
as well. Swamp dog 1-4 you can post spoilers or hints or corrected
coords in you logs that might help the next cacher just in case
mine are slightly off. These caches are meant for the getting there
part rather than the super hard find. However for Swamp Dog
Challenge you won't be able to do that since it is dependent on the
others for the coords as it is a puzzle cache and posting corrected
coords would spoil it.
We enjoy easy and hard caches. LPC's have helped begin to build
our numbers so we have nothing against them. We have placed many.
But we wanted to give you a few smileys you could work for. A
little adventure in your day. Happy Caching.
Be Safe. Have Fun! Bring a pencil and paper!!!!
