I always wonder about the crosses placed along roadways, so I decided to place a cache near each local cross so that others will know a little bit about the person who lost their life, and will remember that life is precious and can end so quickly
This cache is dedicated to Mike, 24, who died in a car accident just south of here on October 4, 2004. Look for his marker on the west side of the road about 100 yards south of cache. Mike was a 2000 graduate of Hemingford High School and was on his way home to Hemingford where he lived and worked. We miss you Mike! The cache is a bison tube. Bring you own pencil and please place rolled up log in lid so the next cacher can easily access it.
